Growing up in Senatobia, Dr. Alyssa Mabry attended Senatobia High School before graduating from Mississippi State University. Her passion for optometry led her to the Southern College of Optometry, where she began her studies immediately after completing her undergraduate degree.
Dr. Mabry practices the full scope of optometry, with interests in ocular disease, contact lenses, and pediatric eye exams. She is committed to providing personalized care to her patients, recently focusing on improving vision for bifocal contact lens wearers.
Since joining Sawyer Scott Eyecare Center, Dr. Mabry has become an integral part of the team, providing exceptional care to the Sardis and Senatobia Sawyer Scott Eyecare Center locations. She is recognized for her expertise in managing ocular diseases, fitting contact and scleral lenses, and conducting thorough pediatric exams.
Active in her professional community, Dr. Mabry is a member of the Mississippi Optometric Association (MOA) and the American Optometric Association.
She married her husband, Elliott Mabry, in 2015 while attending optometry school. Together, they have three beautiful children — Rafe, Vivianne, and Cohen — and reside in Strayhorn, MS. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Mabry enjoys reading and traveling, balancing her time between work and family.
